Workout data, including saved exercises, workout plans, and workout history, is stored locally on the user's device. It is not sent to the Controller or to Sentry, and the Controller cannot access the data stored on the device.

The app uses Sentry, hosted in the EU region, to diagnose errors. When an error occurs, the SDK may send a technical report containing information such as the error description, stack trace, timestamp, app version, device type, operating system version, and limited diagnostic events preceding the error. The SDK is configured not to send default personal user information. Error reports are retained in Sentry for 30 days. Sentry is not used for analytics, advertising, or user profiling.

The app also provides an optional in-app feedback form. When the user chooses to submit it, the message and technical context, such as app and device information, are sent to Sentry and are accessible to the Controller there. The user may optionally provide an email address so the Controller can reply about the submission. Providing an email address is not required; if provided, it is sent to Sentry with the feedback and used only to respond to it. Users should avoid including other sensitive information in their message. Feedback is retained in Sentry for 30 days and is used to handle reports and improve the app.

For questions about information included in a diagnostic report or feedback submission, users may contact the Controller at the address above. Users may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
